Really looking forward to today's game.
The weather is set fair ,the opposition decent and this gives the opportunity to give most if not all the cup final team a good run out.
A positive result today will up our confidence levels ready for the big one on Tuesday evening.
It's a beautiful day so don't hang around inside watching TV or bothering to cut your lawn, get down to K P and watch a truly memorable game of football.

left the ground about 4.35 after giving Chambers a piece of my mind
How Lawrie is still getting a game is beyond belief
Rumor mill was ripe again today
A bigger budget next season,Smith as already signed four players and he wants the number 9 from Stoke who played against us on a full year loan

You would have missed the superb Glover goal then- hope your inside information is exactly that not a wind up. We cannot actually sign any players but at least can 'line them up' Can't agree with having a go at player or manager though.

Maybe a bigger budget in some pockets when keys park is demolished to make way for houses. This club won't exist in 5 years.

I don't think we have that long.

Chambers and Smith are putting up with difficult circumstances and I’m grateful for their efforts and those of the players. We are playing too many games, people are carrying knocks and we are, Playing sides with more squad depth yet nobody should question the commitment of the squad and management.
To criticise a single individual is bang out order. All of the players have had their ups and downs this season, but it seems Lawrie is taking his turn to receive unwarranted criticism. He, above all others, doesn’t hide and always wants the ball.
People have opinions on players but we should get behind them all. Quite a few of us stayed behind after the final whistle to applaud the players and I’m glad to say many reciprocated so there is a mutual respect there.
As far as the game went, we probably had slightly more of the play, but their strike force is proven at a much higher level and it showed.
We did score a fabulous goal which
was set up by Dwyer who was my man of he match.
26 goals for Danny which is fantastic. I hope he bags a couple onTuesday, but he has silenced his single critic.
Another pitiful crowd which is a shame. I suspect there will be more than216 of our fans at Stoke.

I’d add that the ref had a fine first half, but in the second he was booking players by numbers.the booking of Glover was laughable in the context of the tackle on king

I was sitting next to a scout from a higher league club a few weeks back who showed a great deal of interest in Danny (and Wrenny). I hope we don't lose him, but we may have to rely on his loyalty.

"I stand corrected," said the man in the orthopaedic shoe.

Sorry, I've been waiting for weeks for a chance to use that...

There wa the usual speculation about what may happen next season. Danny is based in Stoke and he , along with others from up that way and beyond, may not find the Central League all that convenient to play in.

It would be sad to see Danny move on, but it is inevitable that after a 27 goal haul he will attract interest from the league above or get an offer we can't match.
