Congratulations to Elliott Durrell who completed 200 starts for Hednesford Town in the match v Brackley on Saturday.

Duzza made his debut on the 23/09/2008 against Matlock Town. He has now scored a total of 107 goals for the club.

Over the next couple of months two players are due to reach the same milestone.

Current Conf North attendance stats here

http://www.footballwebpages.co.uk/confnorth/attendances

Come on guys, we can attain 5th, though higher than that would really be a challenge - albeit with Bucks and Stockport to come the average certainly should increase...

Sorry for the delay (too busy doing the quiz), but belated congratulations go to BEN BAILEY who completed his 200th start in a Pitman shirt at The New Bucks Head on New Years Day.

He made his debut on 30/10/2007 away to Rocester in a Staffs Senior Cup tie.

He joins Elliott Durrell as a current player in this exclusive club.

Well done Ben

A couple of upcoming stats for the Stockport game.

If both are selected Dan Crane and Darren Campion will both reach personal HTFC milestones.

Camps who made his full debut on 02/11/2010 v Chasetown will be making his 150th full appearance.

Craney, who made his full debut on 14/08/2010 v Chippenham Town will join the exclusive 200 club.

Well done to both lads for excellent service to HTFC.

I'd say there's a fair chance they will both start...

Scroll down to the Stourbridge stats here

http://www.southern-football-league.co.uk/news/

I made the point when we last played them that they've had a settled team for a long time.

That rather bears it out!

With Reece Styche making his debut on Saturday for Wycombe Wanderers it now means that the number of players who have played for Hednesford Town and gone on to feature in the Football League stands at 106.

In the upcoming programmes there will no doubt be some more familiar names in Dave Shaw's History page as we enter the 1970's to the current day in terms of players who have gone into the Football League and Scottish Premier Leagues.

Only the fourth manager in the last 50 years to achieve this, can you name the other three?

Congratulations to Rob Smith who completed his 200th game in charge away to Harrogate Town yesterday.

Rob first took up the realm on 2/10/2010 with a 0-0 draw at Brackley Town in the Zamaretto Premier League.

I'm sure you will all agree us supporters have had a terrific ride since that day and long may it continue.

Full Record is.....P200 W122 D33 L45 F422 A269 Win % 61.00

League Matches P149 W 89 D29 L31 F299 A190 Win % 59.73

Can't argue with Rob's record - hopefully he'll complete another 200 games at least!

Harrogate was the 250th ground at which I've paid to watch a game (been to a lot more than that on recce missions!)

Do I get a plaque for my wall??

The first goal Today, Tom Thorley's clinical strike, was our 100th goal of the season in all competitions.

And congratulations to Dave Macpherson who made his 100th appearance in a Pitman shirt.
Originally signed by former manager Phil Starbuck, Macca made his debut on 18/08/2007 v Frickley Ath and returned for his second spell with Hednesford at the start of the 2012/3 season.

A question for our statto man if he would be kind enough to respond...

...how many players have we used this season (i.e. have set foot on the field of play rather than warming the bench and then disappearing without having had any game time and how does this compare with last season?

Thanks - I must admit that I expected the difference to be greater given all of the injury problems that we've had. Obviously when Diggin returns the number will increase once again

Congratulations to Tom Thorley who made his 50th start in a Pitmen shirt in tonights Birmingham Senior Cup game at Halesowen.

Tom made his debut for Hednesford on 05/11/2013 in the home Conference North game against Colwyn Bay, when coming on as sub, following his move from Worcester City. Tom has scored 2 goals.

The second goal in the game against Lowestoft, beautifully set up by Jack Thomas and an excellent finish from Glenn Walker, was the 500th scored by The Pitmen during Rob Smith's reign. This has been achieved at a ratio of just over two per game.

More Rob Smith milestones coming up soon, watch this space.

Note to Randy Lerner, some managers send out teams which average just over two goals per game, rather than per month

I'm sure Rob would manage the Villa for half of Lambert's salary, I know I would...
