The league have been known to reshuffle a number of fixtures to allow everyone to play so we may still get an away game.

If Warrington win their replay I suppose we could play Grantham away

At least you will get more than two weeks' notice for a change.

The game at Marine will be off as they beat FCUM in the trophy today. we could play against whoever Alty or Lancaster were due to play.
The League's Official site still has us at Marine. Must be taking preference over the FA Trophy now then.... ;)

Stourbridge or Barwell at home then.
Stourbridge won their replay so we won't be playing them on the 16th

Sorry I'm not sure what you mean. I can't see a game on the 16th Dec or any rearranged Marine game...

The league has confirmed the postponement. Keep an eye on the Warrington game tonight. If they win i reckon we will be going to Grantham on the 16th

Warrington had an impressive 3-0 win tonight so Grantham are free on the 16th

Four consecutive home Saturday games in December.

God bless the programme team!

Some of us are busy in December.... not at all good for attendances....

Bloody stupid by the league. Four consecutive Saturdays at home is virtually unheard of these days. Attendances traditionally fall away in the build up to Christmas so this is very unhelpful. Perhaps the weather will intervene.

Bill will be providing the mince pies flavoured with a wee dram of course. :clap2:

I can't make Farsley on Saturday (I'll be at Stafford instead) but I should be there for the home games against Buxton, Barwell and Shaw Lane.

I think you meant "in Stafford" rather than "at Stafford"?????

I was wondering whether anyone was going to castigate me for going to Marston Road, as I may have intimated by my choice of words, even though I'm not.

No, I will be spending the day at Stafford leisure centre at a swimming competition.

For those concerned about the finances of clubs at our level, just take a look at the spread of home fixtures from the end of January to mid-March...

Taking a look from January to the end of the season 8 home 10 away currently in the list. Had the League given us an away game in the December list as was reasonable to assume that would had given 9/9 split.

It is unbalanced though. I think we have one home game in a period of six weeks which isn't good for cash flow .

Interesting that a cup match takes precedence over the league.

'twas ever thus with the Doodson Integro Mickey Mouse Cup

Intriguing though that. as Scott's tweet said, it hasn't yet been officially confirmed, and indeed the NPL site still has the league game on...

So either Buxton have let a cat out of a bag or the NPL don't know what they're doing...
