Thanks - that's not going to happen anytime before mid-March at the absolute earliest.

Love this idea for reorganisation by non league paper. It was put together from an idea first assembled last spring so some clubs in some set ups are in the wrong places and a couple further down the pyramid have since gone bust.

Taken from this tweet in an Ollie Bayliss discussion

It seems that schools aren't going to re-open before Easter and the government has repeatedly said that this will be the first thing to open up so we can't expect to see grass roots starting before this time so the options are narrowing.

That said, if the trident leagues can't organise a simple ballot efficiently then I doubt they will be able to re-start the season without making a meal of it.

Perhaps Marcus Rashford could step in and help...

(I'll get me coat...)

This is the one:

There are 850 National League clubs apparently. Who knew?

If all 850 come forward then £10M won't go very far!
I wonder whether any will try it on...?

Surely you're not suggesting that HM Government don't know what they're talking about...??

;)

And none of them play at steps 3 to 6.

Yes. We await results. But based upon when schools due to reopen it looks impossible to finish the season in a few months as we have only played 4 home league games.
We have plans for all eventualities and will announce them once we are told which way the league decides to go.

Howdy partners

Hope everyone is staying safe, when do we expect there to be a decision about whether the season gets postponed or not
