Support both the Association and the Football Club while putting yourself in the running for some great prizes every month.
The prime aim of the draw is to assist the Football Club here at Hednesford Town to carry out Stadium and Infrastructure maintenance and repairs.
However at the discretion and approval of the Supporters Association (SA) funds may well be requested for other areas if and when required.
We all feel that funding in this direction will help the Football Club, especially on the playing side, grow and flourish without having to worry about the extra financial constraints that a ground like Keys Park produces.
Where your money will go
All monies collected from each draw will be split as follows:
Prize Money (50%)
It is envisaged that in the early stages of the draw 4 cash prizes and 4 gift prizes will be on offer, however as the draw builds and grows so will the Prize Money.
Football Club Fund (40%)
This will be held in a fund for use by the FC as and when required and monies can only be signed off when approved by a majority of SA committee members.
Supporters Assoc. Fund (10%)
This will be held in the SA main account to use as seen fit by members of the SA committee.
When will draws be made?
In order to give us time to check that all payments have arrived in the PPD bank account each draw will take place approx. 6 weeks after each months payments have been made (i.e. your payment by July 25th will be for September’s draw.)
Each draw will take place at the end of the SA monthly meeting, with the results printed in the following home matchday programme and available on this website.
